Delivery

Cairo and Giza: same day, one working day at the most. Other governorates: 3 to 7 working days. Remote areas: up to 10 working days.

Delivery charge

Delivery is 100 EGP per order, anywhere in Egypt.

Payment

You pay the courier when the order reaches you — cash, card or valU on the courier's machine. There is no online payment on this site.

Checking the order

The courier waits while you open the box and check the pair. You decide at the door which pairs you keep.

If you refuse the order at the door

The 100 EGP delivery charge still applies, because the delivery has been carried out either way. The only exception is a pair that arrives damaged or is not what you ordered — in that case you pay nothing.
